Franchetti Group: Strucinspect strengthens its presence in the United States with new contracts for approximately 2,800 equivalent bridges

The Group’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence at the service of U.S. infrastructure diagnostics

Arzignano (VI), October 19, 2026

Franchetti S.p.A., a multinational company specializing in advanced diagnostics, digitalization and predictive maintenance solutions for infrastructure, announces that Strucinspect, an Austrian company controlled by the Group, has been awarded a series of new contracts in the United States for approximately 2,800 equivalent bridges.

The activities span numerous U.S. states, including Iowa, Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, New Jersey, Georgia, Nebraska and Michigan, as well as Washington, D.C. The geographic spread of the projects demonstrates the Group’s ability to apply its technologies across different territorial contexts, confirming the scalability of its industrial model and supporting its international growth strategy.

The new contracts are part of the commercial partnership launched in April 2025 with a leading U.S. operator specializing in technology services for infrastructure. The steady growth in activities reflects the consolidation of Franchetti’s commercial presence in the U.S. market, leveraging an industrial model built on the integration of specialist engineering expertise and proprietary technologies.

The activities are underpinned by the proprietary platform of Strucinspect, based on Artificial Intelligence and developed to automate infrastructure analysis. The technology, which turns large volumes of images into structured information on the condition of assets, supports operators in inspection, monitoring and maintenance planning activities, making infrastructure management processes more efficient and accurate.

"The United States represents a strategic market for the future of Franchetti S.p.A. Through Strucinspect, we have established an initial technological and commercial foothold, demonstrating in the field the competitiveness of our solutions and our ability to operate at scale. This, however, is only the starting point. Our ambition is to build an increasingly structured presence in the U.S. market, progressively bringing the Group’s entire wealth of engineering expertise and proprietary technologies, from advanced diagnostics to predictive maintenance planning. Strucinspect is paving the way for Franchetti in a market where we see significant long-term growth opportunities," commented Paolo Franchetti, Chairman and CEO of Franchetti S.p.A..
